Hyatt Centric Arlington Hotel

Overall it was a very nice stay for a true visit...

New-fashioned unit with comfy beds. WiFi and a safe box were convenient. Efficient check-in, marvellous location just off numerous restraunts close by, walking distance restaurants, bars, metro, grocery store and the monuments.

It has best possible location near shops & restaurants, in a calm area.

An accommodating stay with surprises

Good stay despite the hiccup! Room was spacious and the children loved the surprise soundbox. The staff's friendliness.

A few cleanliness oversights, like hair strands on the carpet, detracted from our otherwise wonderful experience. Daily cleaning could be improved.

I put in a reservation through Booked.net. The hotel manager said she did not receive it. I showed her the email confirmation. They made us wait a long while before they decided we could have the room for the rate that Booked.net gave us. I was a little surprised as I had the confirmation with me. What good is a confirmation if it is questioned and you have to wait after a long trip when all we wanted to do was rest for the night.

Had really really nice experience, the room I stayed in was new-fashioned and trendy with an amazing view to Georgetown and all equipment, for instance. The location was incredible for walking around a 3-acre urban park. Further, it was right by the Rosslyn metro stop, Washington attractions, and the National Mall in DC.

The breakfast should be included.

The hotel is right near the rosslyn metro stop. You're just a short walk from fantastic dining options like district taco and mochaperry coffee which really enhanced my stay.

Convenient to Georgetown.

The staff was amazing! I have never stayed at a hotel were the employees were so committed to customer service. I was very impressed by the staff!

The location is fantastic for cycling around Arlington and easy access to the metro. Air conditioning was noisy, which disrupted sleep.

Hotel staff were just incedible

The restaurant's food (for breakfast) was horrible and expensive. We had a better and less expensive one at the Café Dupont (from the The Dupont Hotel)

Speed of the requested service. Very prompt in providing room service. Front dest very courteous.

Mirrors in the bedroom and living room suite will be helpful to save dressing time if another person occupies the bathroom. In other hotels this is not an issue as mirrors are all around.

The amenities were excellent, with a well-equipped business center that met all my professional needs. The staff was efficient in assisting with my inquiries and setting up necessary resources for my work. The location is superb, providing easy access to dining options and local attractions.

Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times.

View in 16 th floor : just amazing! Price/value very good, bed and bathroom, TV program but compimentary coffee and tea in room do not match qaulity standard and mini bar was empty.

Loud noise while other room was cleaned.
